Use links responsibly

Only shorten destinations you are allowed to share. Do not use Snappy for phishing, malware, spam, fraud, unlawful content, harassment or attempts to bypass account limits. Do not misrepresent the destination. We may suspend abusive accounts or disable harmful links.

Free and Pro

Free includes 25 new links each calendar month, 100 active links, 1,000 tracked clicks per month and 7 days of visible analytics. Pro costs $8 USD per month and includes 250 new links each month, 2,500 active links, 25,000 tracked clicks per month and 90 days of visible analytics. Allowances reset at midnight UTC on the first; unused allowance does not roll over. Deleting a link does not restore creation allowance.

Pro renews monthly until canceled through Manage billing. Canceling stops the next renewal; paid access continues until the end of the paid period. Existing links continue redirecting after cancellation or when the tracked-click allowance is reached, unless removed for abuse or another service issue. Creating more links may require an upgrade or reducing the active-link count. We do not automatically charge usage overages.

Contact us about billing errors or refunds. Nothing here limits rights that apply under law. Any future price changes will be communicated before they apply to your subscription.

Personal names and team workspaces

Usernames are permanent and must not impersonate someone else. Custom endings inside your username are separate from global endings. Existing global links retain their addresses. Each workspace has separate allowances and billing. Pro includes up to five members, ten daily destination checks, and one custom-domain setup. Custom-domain hosting requires verified ownership and completed HTTPS activation; it is not available until the setup shows Ready. Monitoring may be blocked or unsupported by a destination and does not guarantee correct page content or uninterrupted availability.

Availability and your account

Keep your Google account and API keys secure. You are responsible for activity using your credentials. Links and analytics are provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or complete measurement. Keep your own copy of important destinations. Contact us to request account deletion; deleting an account or link can make its short links unavailable.
